Attorney, Consultant and Author, William C. Head was born in Columbus, GA in 1951. Mr. Head has been licensed to practice in Georgia since 1976 and South Carolina since 1990. Mr. Head graduated from the University of Georgia in 1973 with a B.A. in History (with honors) and in 1976 from the University of Georgia School of Law with a Juris Doctor degree. Other Georgia Resources

There are a variety of special problems that arise following a drunk driving, DUI, or DWI arrest. It may be necessary to use a bail bondsman to help a friend or loved one gain release from custody.
